Damaged Product Resolution

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are committed to promptly resolving the issue. To initiate a replacement, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Claiming a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, record a clear unboxing video that demonstrates the damage. This video helps us assess the issue accurately and ensures a swift resolution.

Requesting a Replacement

To request a replacement for a damaged item, please send an email to our support team at support@printitnice.com. In your email, provide the following details:

Order number
A description of the damage
Attach the unboxing video as evidence
Eligibility for Replacement

Only products with confirmed damages upon delivery are eligible for replacement. Claims that do not adhere to our guidelines or are submitted after the specified timeframe will be subject to rejection.

Replacement Process

Upon approval of your damaged product claim, we will initiate the replacement process promptly. Our team will work diligently to produce and ship the replacement item as soon as possible. Please note that turnaround times may vary based on product availability and production schedules.

Shipping and Handling

For approved replacement requests due to damaged products, PrintItNice will cover the shipping and handling costs.

Please be aware that our Refund and Returns Policy exclusively pertains to damaged products. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for other reasons, such as changes of mind or incorrect size/color selections, as our products are custom-made.
